Just After the Results of 2019
Oct. 22nd, 2019 05:39 amI woke up, logged in after breakfast, and found that we're still part of the civilized world. For now. Just barely. And the Conservatives are still the Opposition, and the Bloc is back. Hence the "just barely" part of my characterization of Canada's situation.
I would have preferred any of several other outcomes, but here we are, with our usual hangups, neuroses and whatever else. Maybe it's a good thing I went to bed and got some sleep. Otherwise, coping mechanisms would be in worse shape.
Meantime, I still have a min-wage job to work at.
