Numbers '08 has crashed three times on me today. I'd like to update to something more compatible with High Sierra but the App Store isn't carrying that version. If there's a legal fix for the issue, I'd be glad to know of it. Will keep looking.

(And I just found out: Keynote crashes whenever I try to launch it.)

And my address book files imported successfully into Contacts...but have since been reduced to two contacts. Not sure how that happened, and not happy about it.

I have the same problem with iMovie: no older version to install on my Sierra laptop. It sucks that Apple is do determined that everyone MUST run the latest OS.

I really don't care for their office productivity suite because - for me - it encourages too much fiddling with presentation. I just want to crunch numbers and put words on paper, so I use LibreOffice. I would prefer to delete them, but knowing Apple's fondness for not letting you reload them after a new OS generation is released, I'll keep them. They'll provide updates for old versions, just no new install images.

Mine used to tell me when I opened it that an update was available, now I have to check it when I remember.  I don't know what changed.  No big deal as it's rather stable, just a curiosity.

I run MS Office 2003 in Windows 10, I wonder how much longer that will work!  It's the last version before the ribbon bar took over, and I absolutely loathe said item!  I know the menus inside and out, and the ribbon bar just slows me down because it changes constantly.  Every time I start Excel it complains about a missing or corrupt DLL and has to re-run setup, so I just let it and live with it, it still runs just fine.  At work I have to live with Office 365.

At least I'm not paying for subscriptionware.  And currently at work, someone let our Adobe license lapse, so I can use Acrobat Reader, and that's it!  I had to do some somewhat major Photoshop work for the library yesterday, fortunately I had my laptop with me and did it on that.  And sent an email off to our IT guy asking when he thought this might be resolved.  I know it's a main campus thing, hopefully he'll have some insight.  They've got 4 weeks until classes start, and then they'll have classes needing Adobe programs on day 1.
